  Joe Swearingen did a phenomenal job getting us a cash-out refinance and reasonable rate for our home. Joe was very transparent every step of the way and provided me his cell phone in case I needed to send him a quick message and get a fast response in return. Our communications was great and I never felt lost at any time during the entire process. Even though we never met in person, Joe was also pleasant to speak with over the phone and I'm sure meeting him in person would have been a delight as well. What really impressed me was their online tool that they use for gathering information, documentation, etc. which made the entire process simple to use. I was very impressed with his easy it was to understand and navigate through the website. Emails were sent once a process was completed and you always feel in the loop. Great job Joe and I hope you can continue your friendly help towards others in need of home financing.

  The loan officer I worked with did an amazing job talking me through not only the loan process for house, but also offered guidance on things to look at for within my house search, was very conscientious about my budget for furnishing and really helped me as a first time home-buyer through the end-to-end process. Her communication cadence was excellent and really helped me to stay on top of the requests for documents while also clarifying any questions that came up along the way. An amazing experience through and through.

  I am very overwhelmed by the dedication, hard work and caring nature of Svetlana, Kyle and everyone at this mortgage company! I would recommend them to everyone. My personal story that sticks in my mind the most is how Svetlana came to my house and personally met the Notary for my signing on closing day to make sure closing would STILL HAPPEN that day and to deliver the docs. The other thing is how Kyle kept in contact with me and down to the last moment of recording it, there was a bump in the road that had nothing to do with the mortgage company, and they got it settled and closing happened! This is definitely the place to apply for a mortgage! You are NOT just a number with them, they take time to talk to you and care!
