Super easy communication and very thorough with the details and in answering any questions you might have about the process. Sonja was great in helping us wrap things up!   Continuously Works for her Clients My wife and I closed on our house at the end of last October. Anette and her team were fantastic and patient during the whole process which was difficult for us, as my wife had recently become an independent 1099 employee. We had a few extra hoops to jump through including a co-sign. Fast forward to the end of September this year, Anette contacted us and told us about the newly lowered interest rates and that we were able to refinance for big savings on our mortgage! I’m happy to say that we were able to successfully refinance and drop the co-sign only 8 months after our close. Thanks to Anette and her team at Pacific Residential Mortgage for the great service and care!

  I was shocked at how much personal investment Bethany took in our loan and closing. She was there every step of the way and saved us literally thousands of dollars going the extra mile for us. Not only that, she continually reached out just to see if we had questions and responded promptly at all times. I don’t think there’s anything Bethany could have done better - just an absolutely amazing experience. Highly recommended.
