  I can't describe her patience and professionalism throughout our entire process in home buying. We were dealing with another agent before Alice, and the change we received was phenomenal and me and my husband were glad that Alice came to our life. Alice will cater to what you are looking for and will listen and give her honest advice(She really does care for the clients needs and wants) Before I met Alice, we were thrown around by showing agents and was not given a lot of communication since we are first time homebuyer, even our real estate was so busy that she kept sending me documents to sign without actually explaining or available to explain. With Alice I did not encounter that problem at all, more so, she recommended what would be the best option and will address my many concerns. Alice was also our loan agent, she would be on the lookout everyday for the best rate for the mortgage before we locked in a great rate. I still remember the journey we went through touring very interesting houses. The best skill Alice has shown is her negotiating skill, in today's market if you do not offer over asking price you would not even get your offer looked at. Fortunately, Alice worked her magic and got our offer accepted within our budget and we did not have to overbid on our starter home. We really can't thank her enough, she has given a lot of her time to us to secure our house. I will recommend her to all my friends and colleague that will be looking for their starter home.

  Alice helped me purchase my first home! She is very responsive, knowledgeable, and kept us informed throughout the process. Alice is patient and explained to us every step of the process since day 1 - from getting a pre-approval, visiting homes, submitting the offer and negotiating, lender mortgage, and closing on the home. She also helped me with securing a good rate for my loan.   Alice is an absolute pleasure to work with and an outstanding agent, we can’t say enough good things about her! We were very fortunate to meet her in our first “stop-by” open house visit back in 2018 where she happened to be the helper for the listing agent, since then our journey and friendship begins. So far, we have purchased two houses and successfully refinanced lower rate mortgage for several times with the help of her. We highly recommend Alice if you are looking to either buy/sell or even refinance a home, and we’ll definitely work with her again when we’re ready to make another move. Back in 2018, we were just new to the market, and buying a house can be a very scary and tough process, yet with Alice everything seemed easy and smooth. Professionalism, knowledge, empathy, are some of the words that we would use to describe her. 1.She took the time to listen to what we were looking for in a place, and was honest and upfront with how we should align our expectations. We always felt supported, from our biggest concerns to the smallest details we found in her a strong guidance. There was not a single time that I felt that I was being pushed into something I didn’t like. 2.Not to mention that she always created several analyzed reports to share with us before our weekend opening house tour so that we could have big pictures about the market for each difference area. Ex. list of recent sold properties, list of similar house comparison, details of the house, etc. 3.Communication was always on point and she went above and beyond to ensure the process was smooth and transparent.She was always available to discuss any doubts or concerns we had. She was able to translated the mountains of paperwork into understandable language to us and also provide us suggestions as necessary. 4.During the offer submission, she was able to analyze our offer and always made sure the offer was right for us. She had her strategy to follow up with the selling agent and making sure we know and do exactly what is needed to win the offer. 5.During the closing process, she would also recalculate and double check if the calculation are correct from the title and loan company. Really appreciate to her that she helped us catch up so many errors that we even did not notice during the process, and she notified both title and loan company in a timely manner. 6.Also, the excellent thing is that she also helped us constantly checking the ratio, and would inform us whenever the mortgage rate is lower than the original. We have been constantly doing refinance since 2018. Every time, we were save a lot of money. 7.Last but not least, she introduced Richmond Marina Bay area to us where our current lovely home is located. We truly love this place! In sort, if you do not have an agent, Alice is where you go! We would definitely recommend her! She’s not only providing service during the buying/selling stage, but also providing service after close.

  I knew Alice from one of my closest friends who also had her as both her loan and real estate agent. Alice is very responsive and on top of every step. No need to even worry a bit about the entire process. I had few refi done in the past already and she was the first and only loan agent that really take the time to explain the process and the lines on the loan application. Highly recommended her.   My father and I love our home and we can't speak highly enough of our experience working with Alice! Having lived in SF for the last 14 yrs, we were first-time homebuyers with very little knowledge about the all the strategy it takes to buy a home in the Bay Area. We met with a couple of realtors before Alice, but we knew instantly that she was the one for us. Alice's honest, patient and hands-on (she even has a background in mortgage loan which helped us further with the whole process of purchasing a home.) After our offer was accepted there were a tremendous amount of negotiations with the seller before closing. Alice was amazing and walked us through every single step of the process. We have several friends looking for homes and we will definitely recommend Alice to them.

  Alice helped my wife and I find a beautiful apartment in Daly City. She always explained the intricacies of the market and assisted in understanding the terminology and process of buying a property.   Our family was so fortunate to have found Alice when we first started looking for a home. She was recommended by family and very good things were said about her work. They were not wrong. As a first time home buyer, the entire process was new to me. You can learn so much from reading online, but Alice shows the experience in the field. I learned a lot from her during the house buying process. Alice is extremely knowledgeable in the process and the experience shows that. Alice made the house purchase as simple and as successful as possible. She is very patient and always give good advice when it comes to a house. Not only that, but she is very fast at getting things done and always replies promptly. She will walk you through the house purchase process and inform you about every step along the way. I don’t see her as my realtor, but as a friend of the family. Our family bonded very well to Alice and we thank her for all the hard work that she did to get us our first house.
