  I finally bought my first home with help from Ashley at Alibel Mortgage! When I first started trying to figure out how to go about purchasing a home in the Northern Colorado area, I reached out to Ashley to see if it was even possible. She immediately scheduled a call with me and walked me through the whole process of what I would need to do to get started. When I say that she held my hand the whole way, I'm being 100% serious. Any time I had a question, she responded back very quickly and was very thorough with her answers. Talking money makes me nervous, but she knew how to make the conversations comfortable and informative. Ashley made it possible for me to buy my home and I'm so grateful for all her help!   Ashley Miller stands out exceedingly in the field of mortgage brokers and lenders. She handled every part of our buying experience with finesse and perfect professionalism. I talked to eight other lenders before a friend recommended her to me and she worked miracles in a matter of weeks. I cannot say enough about how amazing she was through such a stressful process, she got us the best rates of anyone we talked to and just made the experience nice.   As a first time home buyer I would very much recommend Dave. Dave got me pre-qualified and was able to get me approved for my first home! There were some hurdles with financing but through the ups and downs Dave was always working with me and my agent and the seller to resolve all issues. Got the rate and price I wanted and Dave was very informative and knowledgeable about the whole loan and home buying process. Would very much recommend him to anyone looking to purchase in CO.

  David and Ashley Miller are friendly and very professional. We have used them multiple times to help purchase our properties.   I worked with both Ashley and Dave to refinance our home. They were very laid back but professional. I had a lot of questions and they didn’t make me feel uneducated or ridiculous for asking all of them. The whole process for me took just a few hours. Hours. And I was closed within two weeks. Super easy, super friendly, and a great family owned business.

  Our family looked for our home for 6 months. It was the only home in the whole city that was going to work for us in our price range, so we did NOT want to lose it. We originally went straight through a nationally recognized bank. Their communication and customer service got ridiculously bad right after we signed/committed to them. They lied to us, didn't answer calls/emails, none of our paperwork was good enough. We were majorly stressed out along the way, worried everything wouldn't get done by closing. That's just the start. We actually closed on our house, moved in, and THEN that lender calls us that night to tell us they weren't funding the loan after all and there was more paperwork to do. We had to move back out! We got an extension from the seller. and it was our full time job to try to get them the info/paperwork they demanded. But then that lender missed the extension deadline, too! After this, the sellers were ticked off (and backed out of paying half of our closing costs). All in all, after 6 weeks of total dishonesty and incompetence, missing two deadlines, and causing us to lose thousands in seller concessions, that lender finally tell us they won't fund the loan at all. All this saga to contrast our experience with Alibel.Simply put, we were at a point where we were sure we could no longer purchase our home. Ashley was simply impressive. Not only was she kind, compassionate, a wonderful communicator, honest, and available—she allowed us to close in an EXTREMELY short amount of time, with AWESOME rates/terms! We'll never again purchase another mortgage through anyone else as long as she's in the business. There were honestly only positives to working with her. From a financial, emotional, stress-level standpoint, Alibel's services were truly superior!

  I've worked with Ashley Miller twice now and can't say enough good things about her. She was super responsive both times and the amount of time it took to get my refi was amazingly fast. Another lender told me it would be 4-5 weeks to finish a refi given everyone is rushing to do that right now. Ashley got it done for me in two! I'm very happy!
