  Wonderful, helpful people. Really feel like family. Sheila has been a wonderful friend and financial consultant. She helped my son set up a savings account and watched him grow since a week old. She's very thoughtful, as are the rest of the staff at this branch. If only all banks were as such.

  After being a long time customer of Bank of Colorado, Loveland branch, I experienced 3 confusing situations that have resulted in me taking my business elsewhere. (1) They allowed a fraudulent $170 check (wrong name & account #) to be cashed and charged to my account. When I pointed it out to them, they tried to act like I had something to do with it. (2) They questioned me about who I had given a cashier’s check to. [not their business] (3) Notary services...Donna, a teller, notarized my paperwork and stamped it and all, then grabbed it out of my hands and said she couldn't do it. It was a copy of my will and refused to give my paperwork back to me. I demanded it back and she said she had to shred it. I raised my voice in protest and got my paperwork. This branch has some rude, entitled folks that don't care about customer service or accommodating people who bank there. No loyalty at all. Don't be fooled - Never bank with these clowns!

  I've had to stop banking at this particular branch because there is a certain woman who is so rude and VERY judgemental and not AT ALL nice or friendly...I've tried for 2 years now and she is the same way every time I go in and have to deal with her. I'm done banking at this branch! If you have horrible customer service skills, than you shouldn't work in customer service. Everyone else at this branch is great, but one bad attitude can ruin it all.

  I can not compliment everyone at Bank o' Colorado enough. Donna, Ashley and Shiela are always gracious over the phone and Matt has assisted me above and beyond. Having moved out of state I will maintain my accounts non the less. Best wishes for years to come. Thank-you.

  Absolutely the best! I called and spoke with Matt the manager. He listened to my concerns, answered questions and never made me feel dumb for all that I asked. He prepared the paperwork and I was able to drive thru to sign and complete what I needed. This kind of service and compassion in today's world mean so much. I strongly recommended this branch to everyone. Above expectations and the competition. Thank you Matt.

  After Home State Bank sold out, I switched to these guys. Great service, and nice people.
