  My wife and I recently were in the market to purchase a cabin in Georgia as a second / getaway home and we were looking specifically to use a doctor's loan for the purchase. I did a ton of research and ended up finding Alene to use as our mortgage specialist for the loan. Alene was amazing, made the process an ease, and actually helped us close our loan a couple of weeks early as we needed it done to meet the timeline that the seller's had laid out. Throughout the entire process, Alene and her team were very knowledgeable, detail oriented, and their timely communication kept us updated throughout the entire process. I would recommend Alene to anyone looking for a mortgage specialist, but in our case, anyone specifically looking to use a doctor's loan for a primary residence or a secondary property as she really helped us immensely with everything we needed to close on our property. Thank you Alene as we now get to enjoy our weekend getaway in the mountains, and you played a critical role in our purchase!

  If you need a Doctor/Physicians loan, then you need Alene. She was recommended to me by my financial advisor due to her excellent reputation of professionalism, great client services and breadth of knowledge with physician's loans. We unfortunately had several delays in our new construction in the Sarasota/Lakewood Ranch, FL area and Alene and her team Paige was flexible, supportive and went above and beyond for every adjustment that was needed. I've worked with several mortgage lenders in the past, this experience was definitely first class. Can't recommend Alene enough. She is the BEST!

  I was referred to Mrs. Gnyp by my realtor for her experience (in Nashville, TN) with the physician loan. Her and her team did a fanatastic job getting us pre-approved and we closed without a hitch. Our seller requested an earlier closing date than their typical timeline calls for and they were able to accomodate this. Highly recommend!
