  This branch of Truist never existed and the calls forward you to the Commerce Street location. They don't clarify that you are talking to a different branch. I ordered foreign currency at this number and ran all over town to pick it up. Overall the merger and rebrand to Truist has been terrible and I would not recommend using this bank for any reason. I already knew it was going badly when they wouldn't let me access my own money due to a 'glitch' that lasted for 4 months. The second it won't negatively impact my credit, I'll be leaving. For now I'll just do as little banking with them as possible.

  I called to get a stop payment on a transaction, the wait is most ridiculous 🙄 but anyway called 8 days before transaction charge me 35$ for the service that they never did, the money still came out my account, I talk to someone about my 35$ dollars cause you didn't provide me with service. I swear I bout to leave this bank. Suntrust merging sucks!

  It’s difficult to describe how terrible of a bank BB&T is. While it’s a systematic issue my experience with this branch is quintessential of the overall customer experience. The bank manager I believer her name is Yolanda is unprofessional, non engaging, lacks basic customer service skills and when caught in an outright lie regarding verification of funds policy boldly stood behind the lie. I’ve made my GF promise me she will slap me in the face if I’m still a BB&T customer come Jan 1, 2022.

  After doing business with this bank for years, it's very disappointing to have to do business with another bank. Due to bank closures and atm removal without notice, to learn, after driving 24 minutes out of my way to learn my bank is no longer there is a huge problem for me.

  Very disappointed with Veronica at this branch. There's more than depositing and withdrawing money when working at a bank. Apparently the tellers are not train to handle every matter. Veronica made a mistake with my transaction and put the blame on a representative she called from branch info, to question what she was doing wrong. Also lied about her manager not reporting to work today and returning my phone call. I think very highly of the Gulch area but its very disappointing that the bank in the area lacks knowledge on how to help customers with simple banking operations. Its going on 3 hours and I'm still waiting on Laura S the branch manager to reach me...

  I wanted to express my appreciation for your help. My husband is a trucker and was having trouble with his card. Your location went above and beyond to fix his problem. Thank you so much for helping him. BBT has always been here for us and your institution is fine example of customer service and what it should be.

  The staff is currently horrible. It used to be great here but I had a major issue that was not solved I requested a manager and was told there was not one on site. I have closed my accounts because of the ignorance at this branch.

  Slow as molasses. Teller is too busy chit-chatting for almost 20 min with the person in front of me. It's like this everytime I come in this place...
