  If you're looking for a realtor look no further, this man right here is not a sales man he is here to help you get into your dream home no matter what your price range or situation is, with excellent negotiating skills so you could get the lowest price possible, he always answers his phone calls any question you have you can just keep bothering him and bothering him, I say this because I had a ton of questions and concerns and he would always calm my nerves with each call I made and at the end I got the house I wanted for the price I wanted, I didn't trust him at first but the more I worked with him made me trust in him without a doubt, you don't need to worry if you're getting a good deal or not with this man, always professional will go the extra mile that most realtors won't. Overall just a great fun experience took the fear and painfulness of buying a house away and made it enjoyable

  Please do not waste your time with this agent, save yourself the headache of dealing with a property manager that does the cheapest fixes he can only to leave you in a bind later. His handy man used youtube to fix my toilet flapper, not to mention the plumbing issue they never fixed in the laundry room and decided to put a pvc pipe along the wall that ran to a hole they made to go outside “to water the grass!” This eventually led to water damage to the house which they tried to charge me as damage to carpet!! I can type for hours but i’m just giving people a heads up before they engage with this agent and have to deal with what I had to.

  Mr Rolon is an Outstanding Realtor / Loan Officer. I have never seen or been helped from someone with such appreciation to his profession. He was running a bit late and had the courtesy to call me ahead of time to notify me.

  I made an appointment with albert rolon for Sunday at 2pm. I show up on time, and no one is there. I call his phone, no answer. I had my family all excited about shopping for a home and we left disappointed. Very unprofessional and disrespectful. I will not be returning, and will ensure the rest of the Marines stationed here do not use his services.
