  I have had nothing less than an amazing experience working with Change Home Mortgage for our first home purchase. Our loan officer was Gianna and she did such an incredible job, we were kept in the loop the entire process. We were informed the entire time our loan was processing and we were updated consistently by Gianna. Before we decided to go with Change we did look at other options like GECU and Navy Fed, but no other company could match the rate and benefits that Change offered us for our VA loan. I would highly recommend the team at Change and I appreciate the level of professionalism and customer service that we experienced since we decided to go with this lender in August 2021.

  We recently purchased a home through Change Mortgage and they were always prompt to my messages. Whenever I had a question I was always greeted professionally and very courteously. Jaeza was my agent and she was wonderful in her attention to my application. I would say she went above and beyond with her patience to make my process understandable and informative. I would highly recommend them for their straight forward honesty.

  I bought my house thru Gabe Torres with change home mortgage after being referred by a friend. Gabe went above and beyond to help me with my home buying experience. Mine was a unique experience as I already knew what home I wanted and had a price, I just needed help Financing. Since I didn’t have a realtor he really helped push the process thru with the title company and always took my calls when I had question. His number will be the only one I give out if anybody ever asks me for suggestions.

  Buying a house can be extremely stressful. And I sure did have stress and nervous break downs. And they handled each stressor like a pro. We retired from the military at the same time. And talk about crazy! And yet here we are, with our forever retirement home.
