  Faster to go in for sure even if there's a line. No weird smells inside the lobby, however to get a business account set up my bf had to make several appointments and still got rescheduled and has no account.

  Great location in Wasilla. The drive-through is it pretty fast but I prefer going into the lobby. Because the staff here are fast, friendly, knowledgeable, and patient. I Have come in to do a quick transaction and I’ve also come in and sat down with a teller talking about my options I’m always happy with the services that I get I love the hours and that there’s locations all over Alaska.

  A bald guy helped my wife and I get a loan for a 4-wheeler. He is awesome! I think his name is Joe. Great customer service, very nice, and the process was easy. We love Alaska USA. Thanks, Joe!

  I do enjoying banking here, friendly staff but it seems so difficult to get any type of financing through this bank. I quit coming here for loans of any kind I thought Ak USA being a local bank isn’t really local in my opinion. I’ve banked with for over 20 years I’d be able to get a simple loan but your better off going to actual “ Local bank “

  A staff member named Joe did all he could to help me in a difficult time. He is awesome! I will forever come to this AK USA branch for how my personal needs were handled, and I am happy I chose AK USA for my auto loan. The staff care about you, are professional, and above all friendly.   Not like the big banks, in the way they treat you. Personalized, helpful and respectful. They don't treat you like they could care less if your a member, like some other banks that shall remain unnamed! Very competitive rates and very helpful getting any type of loan. Willing to help out first timers and help them build credit. I absolutely wouldn't bank anywhere else. I've had family members switch from Big name Banks to this credit union, and they love it.

  They do not treat you like they want your business. Constantly waiting on them, on hold, no communication. Banked with them my whole life and I run into the same issues

  Have used Alaska USA Federal Credit for a long time, the only mistake made was caused by me, Location is good several location that is easy to drive to and use
