  Bill Egan has been a thoughtful and patient agent for Mrs Carroll for many years and his judgment has always been good; and where we have thoughts and opinions he is a good listener and adjusts his plans to suit us. The investment machinery that works behind him to deliver information, proceeds, tax material and everything else is smooth and efficient and quiet. On the few occasions I have needed help from staff other than Bill they have been very responsive, knowledgeable and helpful.
