  I was very impressed by Hannah’s customer service and communication skills when she was working the drive through this evening (January 3rd). She went above and beyond for me. Her patience and passion to help others did not go unnoticed. She will make a difference in many peoples lives at AGCU! I love my bank because of the kind employees like her!

  We used AGCU for our first home mortgage and couldn't be happier with our experience. Being first time home buyers we were completely clueless about the process and they made it much less overwhelming and helped us every step of the way. Jon Brown was our contact through the whole process from applying through closing and he was helpful and always available when we had questions. Even now a month after closing, Jon is still quick to answer any questions we have. I HIGHLY recommend Jon and the whole team at AGCU!

  Since when is black Friday a federal holiday and why wasn't this posted online ? I definitely wasn't the only disappointed customer trying to do bank business Friday.

  Tellers- half do their job/ half do not. Management doesn't help. In person visit I feel disrespected. Only thing going for them is the credit card and the customer service with them. Remember we do not need them, banks need us! Will be looking for other banks that respect me and want my service.

  I have been repeatedly disappointed in their customer service. I applied for a loan and never received a call. HSA transfers are a nightmare and I feel like an inconvenience when I call to ask a question.
