  Garrison has helped me close on 2 of my homes now. One in 2016 and one last week. He does a great job to make sure everything is handled and prepared in a timely manner and really makes sure to inform you and make you knowledgeable about your rates and the entire closing process. Would highly recommend him to assist you with your new home purchase!

  We had exceptionally positive experience from dealing with Garrison Lamothe. He helped us to get a mortgage for a house that we finally purchased a few days ago. I liked that the entire process was fully online. At the same time, when I needed to call him on an urgent matter that was a straightforward simple conversation that I liked too. Garrison answered emails quickly and to the point given that I usually had many follow-up questions. We felt confident and well informed about the process at all times. It took 30 days from contract to closing (April 2021). We warmly recommend Garrison Lamothe for your mortgage needs.

  Not a good Loan company. There are better options. After I give them all of my paperwork of my financial and living history for the past 5 years, I was still denied a loan. It worked out i found a better house but I wasted money with affirm. What they dis to me shouls be illegal.

  I highly recommend D J Mcknight and Affirm home loans. Very honest and professional . Closed my mortgage in 26 days ( Aug 2016 ) with a very competitive interest rate and closing costs. He listened to me and worked for my best interest.

  This is the second time I closed a home with Affirm home loans. DJ McKnight was my loan officer this time also. He gave me the best rates, excellent customer service and did everything to my satisfaction. Communication was excellent. I highly recommend Affirm Home loans and DJ. Thank you DJ. Great job!!

  This company is completely unprofessional. They will get your hopes up and tell you 6 days before closing that the loan did not get approved. I spent thousands of dollars up till closing just to find out their underwriter cannot accept my loan after being pre-approved and giving me the green light that everything has been finalized to close. They are forcing me to leave my wife and 4 year old son out in the streets because I still have to be out of my house July, 6, 2020 that I am selling. They are not sensitive with everything going on with covid-19. I do not recommend. They cannot even tell you over the phone, they only send out emails to save themselves. Bad experience.

I was personally involved in assisting to get your home purchase completed, and while we did encounter some last-minute obstacles with identification renewal, we were able to close your home purchase on time, on the contract closing date of July 7. I hope all is well with your family in your new home.

  Let me just say that Patrick Dasher has always taken care his borrowers and was a great mentor of mine. I would rarely recommend anyone in the industry except for him!!
