  Once Jerrie Griffin took over our refinance was very fast and closed without any issues. Everything he told us was correct on closing docs. He was very fast to respond and never left any of my many questions unanswered.

  This has been a terrible experience for us. The lack of communication is horrible and the process has take over 6 months and still counting. They are constantly asking for additional documents that were not initially requested when first applying for the loan. The only reason I am still moving forward with this company is due to them requiring $500 to start the process. I would not recommend Amerisave to anyone.

  Amerisave loan officers, title and everyone else I dealt with were every helpful, understanding and had a solution for me. They got my loan approved with in the 45 days. I would highly recommend them. Thanks guys!!!

  My loan officer was Sterling Utley. There was a lot of back and forth, but he kept his eye on completing the loan process and it all worked out. I would recommend Mr. Utley and of course Amerisave. I experienced high quality customer service and am grateful to have settled on Amerisave.

  Bottom line - They might give you an ok deal, but shop around before you lose your $500. Was able to get exceedingly better offers from other companies. Sales team is great until you pay $500 NON-refundable deposit. Learned lessons during the refinancing shopping with Amerisave vs other companies. Great marketing team and sales agents, who would make you feel that you got the best deal. They will pull the well known sales trick - pretend to go back and forth with the agent's manager - to make you feel you are getting the best discounts and will lock you in with NONREFUNDABLE $500 deposits. I was also ok with it, and happily paid the deposit. Then one of the other local company agents reached out with straight offer that was so much better than Amerisave. Realized that I felt victim to Amerisave's great Marketing/Sales team. The agent (Sameer) who spoke with me on the phone for 2-3 hrs while locking me in, did not care to reply to my SMS or calls. He once briefly mentioned that his manager will call; haven't received yet after about 15 days.

  Overall, it was a smooth process from beginning to end. However, I was disappointed towards the end for not wiring the payoff-payments directly to some of my original lenders and instead sending me physical checks after a week that were made out to my lenders. I had to then mail those checks myself to my lenders. This causes an unnecessary delay in payments to lenders and in turn accumulates additional interest payments on mortgagee. Very surprise with this process since there are many efficient ways of sending payments in today's world with advance technologies! I request Amerisave representative to contact me and explain if here is a valid reason and if I misstated anything due to my ignorance.
