      I am from USBANK and holy cow am I glad I transferred over to this bank. The people here are friendly and willing to educate me with things I'm unfamiliar with, they work with me, they save me money, and most importantly, I feel like a person and not an account number here.

      If you want a bank for checking and savings this is a great bank. Their staff at the branch offices are second to none. However if you want a mortgage, go somewhere else! Their mortgage department is severely disconnected from the rest of the organization. I did refinance last December (2020) and I have had to be on the phone every month since. They have charged me for home insurance even when I already had insurance. My insurance agent had to be on calls with them three times before they corrected it. they increased my escrow account payment for an increase in property taxes even as I stared at the invoice from the county showing that my taxes when up $20 not $1000. I had to removed my escrow account to take care of this one. They charged me late fees for a late payments twice because they did not move money over from my savings account to make my mortgage payment. They remove the late payment fee, but I had to call them to get it corrected. The staff that I talk to are great, they are always able to correct the errors. The issue is that there are errors every month for the past nine months. Internally they have issues. If you like to be on the phone with bank personnel then this bank will give you that opportunity monthly. If not chose another bank to have your mortgage with.

      Wonderful bank. Plus their app actually works and is efficient, which is infinitely more than I can say for other credit unions in the area.

      I absolutely love this C.U!!!!! There are not enough words to describe how awesome this place is! The staff goes above and beyond for us and ALWAYS with a smile on their face. When you walk through the door you instantly feel the positive energy..... without a doubt they are #1!!!!

      My card expired 11/21 now 12/03. Not very impressed that I didn't even get my new card before the other expired. Made it hard to buy gas yesterday

      As soon as I walked in the door, I was greeted with a smile. I met with Jamy.. I asked her a ton of questions and she was extremely helpful. I highly recommend this credit union. Auto rates are amazing and this credit union feels like a credit union should. The entire process was a piece of cake. So happy to have found this place!

      I had applied for a loan and was told that to complete the process and receive the loan I had to become a bank member. I paid the $15 to do that and was then told I needed to "donate" an additional $25 to finish my membership process. Of which I also paid. Over a months time I left voicemails and sent emails to my loan rep and was never contacted back about the loan I was promised. When I did get through to her she was rude and kept putting me on hold. After all this I wasn't given the loan. They shouldn't be allowed to take your money under the premise that you will receive a loan through them and back out after you start an account with them. At the very least my loan rep should have contacted me and told me I didn't qualify instead of ignoring me. I gave them money for nothing, and I hope this will help someone else from making the same mistake.
