  Ninet Jacob has done an amazing job at taking care of our refinancing and getting us the best rate possible!! She was so professional and efficient in getting us exactly what we needed to lower our rate and monthly payment!   Ninet is the most honest, driven, friendly face in the business, bar none! If Ninet and her team cannot make it happen, it must be impossible. She helped me with my first home purchase when I was in my 20’s. Not an easy feat, but she made it happen. Since then, I’ve refinanced through Jacob & Jacob and I’m happy to report it was the same wonderful experience. My sister recently closed on a seven figure house with Ninet’s help in record time…30 days if I’m not mistaken which is probably a Guinness world record. I strongly recommend Jacob & Jacob to anyone. You won’t be disappointed.

  Ninet made refinancing a breeze. Everything about the process was easy thanks to her. I’ve refinanced 2 times with her company and I’d do it again. She got me a great rate, and took care of everything from A to Z. She was also patient with me and answered every question I had. Would highly recommend for anyone looking to refinance.

  I don’t even know where to begin, as working with Ninet and her team was the most wonderful experience! Responsive, always available, super professional, on top of EVERYTHING!!
