  Wow, I am beyond impressed with the professionalism and diligence at Chatham mortgage partners! As a first time home buyer I had so many questions and so many concerns and I was also on a tight time schedule to close escrow. Cesar and Belinda helped me along the way step-by-step and explained the whole process to me.   I just closed my loan with Cesar at Chatham Mortgage. This is my 3rd time using them and each time gets better. I am an Escrow Officer and very picky and knowledgeable. Cesar is honest, fees are great and always returns texts and calls quickly. The process was so quick I barely had to do anything he took care of everything which is just how how I like it. I have already recommended him to two friends and even my dentist. I highly recommend him you won’t regret it.

  Cesar helped me get my first house by going out of his way to also help me take care of a court lien I had on my record. 2 yrs later he also helped me refinance my house by going out of his way in helping me boost my FICO score to get a better home loan rate. I also appreciate that he follows up to let me know when interests rates drop and truly cares about by advising me the pros and cons of refinancing again and for this he got himself a customer for life.

  The loan officer cesar is super helpful. He shared so much information about loans and real estate and he even has a YouTube pAge. We are thinking of refinancing our home or buying and selling. Highly recommend.
