Jon V4Initially I was very happy with the service I received. I have an auto loan now and was surprised how easy it was to set up ( I do Not have good credit). But as time went on I began to have issues. Update May 2018. Things have been going pretty well but had some issues with an external money transfer. It took nearly seven days for the transfer to be completed, slower than US mail. Got the runaround from customer service. Had several service charges on the other end due to delays. Have had several other issues concerning policy that I do not agree with. For example online banking down for 3 days over Labor Day. Restrictions on the numbers of transfers. Overall since my last review about a year ago they've improved their services, rectified some of my concerns. This is made it easier and less time consuming when dealing with issues or loans. I would recommend these folks if you're looking for a bank in the Rapid City area.

Cindy Burich5We have had all good experiences with this bank. We have been with them for many years. I hate seeing the bad reviews because their online banking is so easy to use and the staff is so friendly. My debit card was hacked a few years ago and they notified me right away and stopped the card. I was so thankful with this prompt attention to that situation. Nothing but good things to say about this credit union. I highly recommend it to anyone.

Tatiana Spain1Went to the ITM for convenience to get cash for gas and thrift shopping. Was NOT given a choice of which bills to get, and hmmm, oddly assumed I'd get 20's. It gave me 2 hundred dollar bills. First world problems, I know, but because your lines were stupid long I had to go find somewhere to break the bills. Why the heck would you "conveniently" just give out hundreds? If it was out of twenties there should have been some kind of heads up. Here's to your not so convenient banking 👍
Response from the ownerHi Tatiana, I'm sorry that you didn't get the experience you expected. When you use our ITMs between 7:00AM and 7:00 PM weekdays or 8:00AM to 1:00PM on Saturdays, you can talk to a teller and have them dispense the bills you like. Just tap the screen when you drive up, rather than insert your card. I hope you'll try it again so we can at least meet your expectations!

AMW2Banked with them from 2003 until 2013. Now they have a new computer system and account handling policies that make it impossible to continue to do electronic banking with them. Up until their conversion they were reasonable. Now I am moving my money to some other bank. I recommend you stay away if you do electronic banking.

Collin Isaacs2Love the bank have been with them for half a year but the only down side is when u first bank with them they give you a temporary card until you get the one with the chip but they never seem to take that seriously I’ve had to renew my card going on 3 times now gets old because you have to pay 5 dollar each time

Why is it that my deposit has been accepted and verified and IN my account but I can’t even use my money. How do I even get ahold of anyone for this issue ???! It’s been days !.
