  Chad and his team are a gem!!! I have purchased 8 houses in the past with mortgage on them. This loan was by far the smoothest transaction ever. Chad and his team are on top of things. They would request info in a manner that's easy to understand and follow. I never had to submit the same info twice like I have had to do in the past. And most importantly there was NOT a single last minute request for information . That last part was the frosting on the cake! Kudos Chad and Team

  Working with Chad as a first-time homebuyer has been a dream. He spent over an hour with me during the pre-qual going over all the details and answering any questions I had. When we unexpectedly decided to put an offer on a house ahead of our timeline, Chad took care of things while he was out of office. When the house had a dozen offers after the first day and we needed something special to sway the seller, Chad sent a personalized video message. When I had questions or concerns about the process, Chad got back to me in a timely manner with a text or call as necessary. All this happened during an extremely busy period of refinancing activity in the housing market, but I never felt that Chad was too busy to deal with me. A huge thanks to Chad and his team!
