Thank you, the decision to switch credit unions is easy decision now! Hire more people, stop restricting people on when and how they can access your credit union with THIER money on it…. Only drive-through opening on a Saturday is unacceptable!

Kristian Currie5my last month car payment got messed up and put on my grandparents car loan. I recevied notice went to fixed it, yet I found out that Frank one of the employees already called and fixed it for me. I very much appericated the kindness and the time he took out to do that for me.

Rosie Hooker1Their interest rates are terrible, first of all. I misplaced my debit card while I had covid and was in quarantine and called and the man told me to just come in and get a card and I explained why I couldn’t and he said he’d make sure it was sent out by the end of the day. Charged me $10 for it. This was in May, it’s now July and I never received it in the mail. After I was done with my quarantine I went in to just have them make me yet another debit card since I hadn’t gotten it in the mail, and the lady was very rude and told me that it had been sent out “and to give it a few days”. I already had. I had bills to pay. I didn’t appreciate being talked down to. Acted like it was a big deal to have to make a debit card, for what? My sister also banks through them and misplaces her card and NEVER has to pay the $10 fee yet I ALWAYS do? They don’t have a grace period either and charge you a $5 transfer fee if you don’t have enough money in your checking but do in your savings. Ridiculous.

Justin Stickney1I would not recommend this bank. This bank has charged us several times for transfer fees from our savings to checking when we had money in checking and they transferred it and had no explanation as to why, had to fight to get the charges back. They do not have 24 hour grace and their customer service definitely reflects the bank itself, and not in a good way. Im doing the right thing today and going and closing my accounts and taking it somewhere else.

linda Kemp1This credit union has treated me very poorly. For a company that says I am a part owner they sure don't make me feel that way. The did not pay me home insurance though my escrow, there was a two week period where I essentially didn't have insurance on my home. If something would have happened I would have been in a horrible position. The worst thing is that they wouldn't even apologize for the incident or take responsibility.

Christopher Souter5I don't get the negative ratings. This is by far one of THE best banks I've ever dealt with, more than happy with this place. I recommend them to a lot of people, never heard complaints from people that took my recommendation either.
