  I had the pleasure of working with Chris Alicki when purchasing a home. From start to finish everything was done very quickly and competently. As a matter of fact I had never had a home purchase go so quickly and smooth. Also, full disclosure, I ended up having to walk away from the purchase due to personal reasons and Chris was gracious and kind even though it meant his work would be uncompensated. Chris and his company will be the only one I work with should we decide to purchase or refinance in the future! Thank you West Michigan Mortgage!

  Kristina helped me through my refinance while I was working on the road. Communication was crucial with me being out of town and was always prompt and professional throughout the process. She was able to work with me to get an early AM appointment to close while I was briefly home before I had to leave town again. My interest rate dropped considerably and saved me a ton of money over my mortgage! Highly recommended!

  I was dealing with another refi company an they took 9 months of messing around to get me refinanced and they had a lower appraisal then west Michigan mortgage did.. when I switched to them they had me done in no time.. :)
