  So helpful and very easy to work with. As a first time homebuyer they made this process so easy. We put in an offer and closed in just over a month! I would definitely recommend this mortgage company!!

  Towne Mortgage, as a company, has reached above and beyond expectations, to ensure I received unparalleled service. I was so stressed out and my credit needed some work. They took my stress away and figured what was needed to increase my credit score. Then they were able to correct my property taxes, decrease my mortgage payment and interest rate, saving me hundreds of dollars per month!! So, when I say "Town Mortgage is the greatest company in Michigan, with the finest employees in the business", I mean it with my whole heart. They're genuine, caring, helpful, and intelligent professionals dedicated to helping their fellow community members in any way they can!   Loved working with Greg Clausen and his team. They worked very hard to have us pre-approved to see homes on a tight time schedule. They are very thorough to ensure things go smoothly and even helped us out at the end when were not able to close on time do to some outside circumstances. I would highly recommend, my husband and I had a great experience with this company.

  Steve Sanchez and his team helped us with the process of purchasing our home among a couple of extremely challenging and unexpected circumstances. It was as if nothing even happened. They got it done and met the deadline with flying colors. They were helpful in answering all our questions. I know from my past experience that this would not have been possible if it wasn't for Steve and his team making sure they they were proactive every step of the way so changing course was quite seamless.

  Matthew at Towne Mortgage was great to work with. Never seemed to be annoyed with all the crazy questions we had. He made sure we understood the mortgage process from start to finish. He went above and beyond when our relator went MIA just before closing, not sure what we would have done without him. Thank you Matthew for all of your help.

  I was taken care of here. I received lots of positive progress updates, reassurance and encouragement. No communication issues, they all seemed to be on the same page, like a well-oiled machine. I had confidence in everyone I worked with. I could always hear the sense of urgency and importance they placed on me being able to walk away with the keys to my dream home!!
