  I just want to share how Amazing the team at AdventHealth Credit Union is. Lashawn helped me through the whole loan process of selling and purchasing a new car! She was responsive, informative, clear, and just pleasant to work with. Lashawn and her team made for an awesome car buying experience, even in this crazy vehicle market we are in. And this is actually the third time I've purchased and/or refinanced a car with AdventHealth Credit Union; the people and great customer experience really do make a difference and keep me coming back (and they have great rates 🤗) Thank you again Lashawn and your team for pushing through my loan in record time 👍 You're hard work and great customer focus made this an easy process for me, from beginning to the end.

  I financed a car through the credit union and Jean Bernac and Vedran were amazing throughout the entire process. They answered any questions I had and went out of their way to make this the best possible experience, helping me get the lowest interest rate possible and even communicating and working with me after hours. I definitely recommend going through AdventHealth Credit Union for any loans!

  I recently called AdventHealth Credit Union to update my information. I had the great pleasure of getting connected to Ms. Susan Cornell. Ms.Cornell gentle guided me through what I needed to do. Communicating via email helped me to make the necessary changes. Ms. Cornell followed up with me just recently to check if I had gotten everything taken care of. Now in my book this is excellent customer service. Thank you Ms. Cornell.

  I had great prompt experience with AdventHealth Credit Union. My Support Loan Manager; Milagros Alamo was great all the way through and was able to assist with a prompt approval for the vehicle loan the same day in which help secure a good deal at the dealership. This is my 3 loan with this bank and had great service.

  I have been banking with AHCU for some time now and I have been absolutely loving it! Susan is always sooo helpful , nice and patient with whatever concerns I may have. Amazing customer service ! It’s really a great Credit Union to bank with !

  This is my 2nd time using Adventhealth credit union for a car loan. Milagros in the Altamonte location helped us with knowledge & professionalism. She made the whole process smooth & went above and beyond. She even offered to meet my son half way to pick up the check for the dealer, so that he could make it back to the dealer & not be late to work. I'll definitely be using Adventhealth credit union in the future.
