Emmett Amani1I opened an account with them when I moved to Florida. I deposited a cashiers check and they put a 9 day hold on the check even though it was certified. They also did not give me a temporary atm card when I opened the account and I had to wait 5 days for the card to come in the mail. When the card finally came it didn't have my name on it. When I called to have the name changed they said they would have to cancel that card to send me a new one and I am now having to wait another 5-7 business days and still can't access my account. The only good thing about them was my Banker Priti who was wonderful and nice. Will never bank with them again. Would give zero stars if I could.

Emmanuel Smith1If I could give this location a -10.. I WOULD! I went to this bank with my 2 daughters to cash a check ( which the check was THEIR Check). The check was a refund deposit that was owed to me. After making us sign the check, they later come back and tell me they can't cash it at this time, Because they can not verify it! Bad enough ,you wanted to charge me a fee, just because I don't have an account with the bank! I asked if the company had funds, and they said yes, however, they still would not cash it! SO, I immediately went to my own Bank, which had NO PROBLEM verifying the check and cashed the check! Something is seriously wrong with the people at this location and I felt that it was racially motivated!

Boothe Haley5I just moved into the area. I needed a bank to do face to face business with. I went to 3 high profile banks. These banks didn’t seem to want business. By appointment only for some of them. Which didn’t make sense. I needed face to face during my off time. I had a large check and didn’t want to wait. Makes me nervous. I went on google maps and found 5/3 bank. So I gave them a try. I’m glad I did. I came into lobby. They responded to me immediately. An employee came in behind me and asked if I was being taken care of. I said yes thank you. She asked what I needed. I told her that I wanted to open new account. Turns out that she is the manager. Neyda . She asked Maria to drop what she was doing and help me. She was in the middle of loan closing. Maria was very professional and made me feel important. She brought me through everything including the 5/3 app. Which has better ‘bells and whistles’ than my last bank. Maria is also helping to improve my credit to reach my goals in life. I felt good. Because after 2019,2020 I needed a human touch to help me. I just moved down, started new job, and basically reinventing my life again. I highly recommend this branch to anyone. Just simply for the customer service. In the end banks are all the same as far as financials. However the only way to separate yourself is through service. Neyda and Maria and 5/3 did.

erin kelly5I have been going to this ba k for YEARS!!! Have Never had an issue & Everyone has Always been friendly & Helpful. I love seeing Dulce Maria & Pretty, when I go in too!!! Don't understand the reviews I've been reading...there are men there.....nothing to do with All women Buddy system...Karen!!

Kristen Reneski5I've worked with the Manager, Neyda, multiple times and she is amazing! She always takes the time to help me and explain the gritty details on my business accounts. She's helped me resolve some issues as well. Priti is the same, she goes the extra mile and really gets the job done. Joaquin at the teller window has always been professional and very friendly. I really enjoy going in there to do business and personal transactions. Keep up the good work y'all!!!

Mary shelton1If I could give this a negative 5 star review I would. After almost one complete year of my account being closed. They then send me an email stating my account information is being changed. I haven’t logged in so that isn’t really possible upon calling I got greated by TWO of the WORST customer service reps I have had the displeasure of communicating with. They couldn’t even let me finish a sentence to gain full understanding of the issue at hand. Did not get the issue resolved highly disappointed and disgusted by this.

Eddy J1Bank staff is very unprofessional and lethargic. The staff typically help you when it suits them and yet never courteous either. I advise anyone wanting to start a checking account to please pursue a different banking organization that is not sub par. I bet if I call again I would hear an audacious bank worker give me an audacious remark with no professional decorum.

Anthony Connor1Atrocious service. Banker didn’t even walk over to invite us into their office, just barked at us from her chair to come in. The moment we sat down, she takes a call and was on the phone for about 10 minutes, oblivious to our concerns that we mentioned we were there for. Our appointment was made for the wrong day so no one had a clue as to what we were there for. Got we we needed done but we won’t be back. Very unwelcoming.

Abdiel Perez5I would like to say that I'm glad that 5/3rd bank has Neyda Rosa, my experience with her is been always the best of the best. I personally make a drive from Deltona where I live just to have her help me with solving issues with my accounts even though i have a bank less then a mile away from home. My reason for the drive is because of the excellence customer service she offers as well as how quickly she turns problem into a solution. Thank you for your time and patience.
