  Krishna at the Forest City branch was a huge help!! My card info got stolen somehow and when I went into get a new card, he was extremely helpful. The machine was down but he took my info and called me as soon as it was ready for me to pick up!

  Today I spoke with an employee over the phone named Donald H and had a wonderful experience speaking with him! He answered my questions, listened, and showed empathy in a genuine manner for my predicament. Our phone call was even disconnected although like a professional he called me back and made sure our conversation was efficient and of quality. I have gone to this branch and done business with Addition for years and have never switched to another bank for these reasons. Thanks! ☺️

  I’ve never had a good experience with this bank. They used to be CFE, which I had for about 18 years and I loved it. The second Addition took over I had nothing but problems. This spurred me to open up a PNC account and I absolutely love it. The customer service here is usually good because most of them have been at the branches for years prior to the transition but from random blocks on my cards for types of purchases I make frequently to getting an overdraft fee for an unauthorized charge and being told that they wouldn’t waived the fee because I called the merchant first and didn’t file a claim. It’s been a year of nonstop frustration. I hope they lose business and realize how badly they’re treating loyal customers.

  I love Addition Financial. I have been with this banking institution for many years (previously CFE). I wouldn’t go any where else. Excellent service, professional, helpful and always friendly.

  I mean seriously, This morning so upset hard to communicate or make appointment over the phone.i went to a drive thru spending 45 mn to get "my money" facts happened 3 times. You know Finacial Addition switch it is better way ,there is many competitions out there.Thank you for your suck service.
