      I just have to brag again. If you want a credit union that really cares and takes time to help you understand everything here you go. Michael, Becky , Judy and Troy all were amazing. I’m switching checking and savings all to advance credit union!

      They will none STOP harass and threaten you for your money. Its very FRUSTRATING to get a call all day everyday even if you a day late. Ridiculous. Will NEVER use this company again.

      It has been a pleasure getting to know all the lovely ladies inside this credit union. Southern hospitality at it's best!! Such a beautiful building to enter into as well. Thank you for all the service!

      My mother has an account with them there system was down and she was not alerted. When she tried to go to an ATM and send me some funds the ATM did not work but the credit union still charged her twice. She had to wait seven days for a dispute got it refunded and then two weeks later they took the money out again. That sounds like theft to me and Dawn had poor customer service when trying to resolve the issue. Now she is out $166 and since they handled this on a Friday she has to wait until Monday to head back there goes our weekend plans smh. If you value your money don't go here.
