ViperX9 gaming5I just opened a new account and a line of credit, there has been no other banks that have allowed me to open up credit with them untill advantice, they warmly helped me set things up smoothly, and were perfesional and respectful towards me, there are so many cool cherictures at this little branch, getting the respect that I deserve feels very good. And might I add, the employees here actually called me by my name rather than sir or this customer which really made me feel like a priority customer. Very happy with this customer service.

Kalen Entiken1Worst Customer service ever!!!!!!! I called them up do to me paying a bill and the company wont take my payment do to my zip code not being correct from my bank. So I call Advantis and nurelain asked for me to verify cvv # birth date and full address which i gave. And Nurelain says how can i help you. I told her my issue that i want to see what zip code they have on file. She goes ok go ahead and verify it with me i said i just verified my info with you (cvv,bd, FULL ADDRESS!) and she wants to play games. I tell her are you kidding me i just gave you my address i need to find out what YOU are looking at as a ZIP CODE. and she says go ahead and verify. I tell her this is unacceptable customer service. and i want to speak to a supervisor and Diana #1417 comes on the line and says i need to give them the zip code. So i gave it to her and guess what. it took 30 minutes just to get this info. Moral of the story. I sell cars for a pretty big dealership and every single customer that sits IN front of me will here thit story in detail. With a little stretch of the truth. I will cancel account and take my chances else where. That was terrible for them to do. It sucks i have to give even one star! This credit union sucks !!!! Now on to facebook, Instagram yelp!

Christopher Callahan5I have been with Advantia for a few years now, and honestly every interaction I have had has been excellent; the remote teller is handy to use in the branch, they're always super nice, as are the branch personnel. Laurie in the loan department was greta to work with, and Katie was just all around exceptional - answered my questions, offered thoughtful help and perspectives, and was just generally a joy to talk to every time. I will happily go out of my way to stay with Advantis

Patricia Johnston1Drove all the way to this place to open a student checking for my son. I have a couple accounts here. They wouldn't let us use a restroom and they were extremely rude. Didn't even greet people who came in the door. Horrible customer service. They need training. Needless to say I didn't open an account for my son.

JD Hansen1If you take the worst thing about a bank branch, the worst thing about telephone banking, and the worst thing about an ATM you'll get this branch. Why does it even exist? And using a phone headset that the last sneezing guy just used is gross. How about real service? That's why i joined a credit union in the first place.

Allen White4I Don't bank with these people, my account is with the co op I use the atm just outside, I don't have to drive across town now. Has pretty good lighting around the atm machine.
