  Don't try to call the main phone number, you will be on hold for a while. A call back may happen the next day. Or it may not. The telephone banking system is slow and redundant. I've been with them three months and I dread having to call in to make my payments. I don't live near a branch. They could step it up in my opinion.

  I have been a member of this bank for more than 20 years. The service is excellent, rates are good, and being able to walk into a bank where they know my name is important beyond measure.
