  I have never experienced this type of service in a professional establishment. Rude! Cold! Unconcerned! Lady in the Middle both! Is unhappy with her life!!!!!! Period

  HORRIBLE!!!!!!!!!!!! The rudest people I ever had to deal with wish they had a corporates number!! The lady I spoke to on the phone was so rude and hung up on me, I wish I could give ZERO STARS!!!

  Unprofessional and rude teller. Glad I don’t actually bank there. If this teller is an indication of how the bank runs, I would avoid at all cost.

  To hard to do business. I Arrived 4:30 pm to ask information about refinance, the answer from the bankers is, ( the name MC Fine or same like the)are system is down, so in given all my paperwork and wait and wait days, Finally I receive a voicemail Whit ext number I call and call, the voice say cam back next week, I decided to drive to the location misses Mc burger attended, start and give instructions for my loan, very poor info I started make a Lott questions This not a place to go people I not recommend go there This place stinks

  Worst credit union I've ever banked with. Would give 0 stars if I could. Lots of hidden fees and terrible service. Very rude when trying to move money and ultimately refused to do it, even though I verified it. Who ever is at the extension 2134 should be fired and taught how to deal with customers. I will be moving money and closing all accounts at this branch! Thanks all to the terrible service....oh and fees that do not benefit anyone but them. Bank Regional instead

  I mail out my husband's check for his car loan every month on the 6th to make sure it arrives by the 12th and every month they wait til around the 20th to cash it which really messes up our budgeting. Twice now they have called us telling us our payment was late...which I make sure I mail it out plenty early each month so that's rediculous. This most recent time it wasn't taken out even after the 21st so I called and told her I had mailed it at the usual time and the girl I spoke to said they still had not received it. So what do I do? I pay 30 dollars at my bank for a stop payment on that check and advance financial still wants to charge me 10 dollars to make a phone payment even though it's not my fault that they dont cash their checks in a reasonable amount of time... I told the woman I did not want to pay that as we were struggling as my husband has been in and out of the hospital and we just had a baby in the NICU and she acted like she was sympathetic but calls my SICK husband not even 5 days later harassing him for the 10 dollars I didn't pay even though I told her I didn't think I should have to pay it, not my fault their financial department doesnt know how to handle checks. I would never in a million years reccomend this place. Will be refinancing with a different company as soon as our 1 year mark hits in April.

  They don't care about only money. Took our car with all my kids belongings dont try to work things out. Told us that we have to pay 3x the amount or pay the car out. We tried to work with them to get our belongings no one had the decent to call us and figure how to grab our things. My husband was in medical school and working. I and one of our little ones has medical problems and appointments that we had to cancel due to them. I can't go anywhere because they have my car seats and stroller. How can people treat people like that. Please don't do business with them.

  It's a big inconvenience to not be able to repay your loan on- line...I only have a year left with them and I will never do business with them again....Get with the times!!! Or have more locations added for convenience. Maybe you will get your money a lot quicker! IJS🤷‍♀️

  Great financial institution. Loan rates, checking account options and the customer service is what influenced my rating. Only two locations in NWI is not as convenient however I live close to one of them so I have no complaints.

  Great place to get a car loan, some of the lowest rates in the area. Their checking account has no monthly fee and no minimum balance. #bankbetter #bankwithacreditunion
