  Highly recommend! I stopped in one night and the guy working, Kevin, I believe.. Was super helpful and friendly! Will definitely be using Advance Financial in Portland again!

  I give Scott a ton of respect for being able to empathize with my situation, and to Advance Financial for being a company that ensures their customer service reps have the leeway to make things right for customers in unusual circumstances. Scott's excellent customer service won a customer for life, and hopefully he'll serve as an inspiration for Advance Financial to understand how to handle out of the ordinary circumstances like this.

  I traveled from Kentucky for a loan but when I got there the computer system was updating, and Scott was very apologetic about it so I went to McDonald's for a little bit and he called me and told me when the system is back up.. when I got back he was very nice and again very apologetic.. he made me feel very welcome, so on that note I give him five stars, not to mention he had a very pleasant smile...

  Wonderful experience! Autumn really went above and beyond my customer service expectations. And Scott was great as well. I appreciated all the help they gave me. Will for sure come back!!
