  Mr. Charles Butler was truly a-lot of help. I was stuggling to resolve a issue after multiple attempts with customer service. He was the only one who understood the importance of fixing this issue at hand and tackled it in a very timely manner! I had lost hope as it seemed there was no resolution and it seemed to be a dead end. Thank you again to Mr.Butler and his team.

  Charles Butler for the Franklin location was absolutely professional, helpful and knowledgeable about my loan and really blessed me today so i can pay for my bills.   Charles Butler, Mgr. of the Franklin location, is a national treasure. @AdvanceFinancial, I don't how much you're paying this man... but it isn't enough! He helped secure a loan for me when I was in a difficult financial situation, so I could afford to travel to Texas to see my daughter for her birthday. He went above and beyond and walked me through every step of the process. Such a nice guy and a real professional. A1 service, Charles. Thanks again!

  Samantha is tremendously sweet and kind! Her service is polite, awesome, and professional. She made the experience of getting some money orders a very positive one. The other employees I've dealt with here have also been good to me. This location is very nice, 5 stars.

  If you come to this location, you'll meet some of the nicest people! Ashleigh is very attentive and kind. She's always professional and makes me feel welcome when I come in the door. This place is convenient, but i have had some issues with other locations....franklin is by far my favorite.

  This place is the best!! Samantha is wonderful. Kevin, Ashleigh, Charles... all the employees are always smiling and willing to go the extra mile to take care of you. I've been to numerous locations throughout the years and this one is by far the best!

  I was having a stressful day but Amber’s smile made me feel better! She got my money order processed fairly quickly, and told me about a prepaid card that gets me paid two days faster if I have direct deposit. Pretty cool and I’ll probably get one next time I’m in. Everyone here is always so friendly! Don’t listen to the negative reviews!!
