  I found myself in a bind and needed a small advance. I was nervous to go through the application process, but Lynn walked me through on the phone and made the process super easy. I ended up going into the location as I was having trouble with my online account and she got me set up super quick. She had a super positive attitude, outlined all the terms in an easy to understand way, and did so with a smile. She made me feel really comfortable. This woman deserves a raise, she’s doing amazing things!

  This is the first loan I've ever taken out, I had no idea what to expect or what details I needed. Lynn the representative was more than exceptional.She was patient very informative and most of all compassionate about making sure all my needs were met. She walked me through step by step and never became agitated or impatient. IVE NEVER HAD SUCH GREAT SERVICE ANY WHERE. THANK YOU LYNN.   Great customer service. I was having an issue when sending a western union and John was very helpful calling and getting everything worked out for me. Another customer came in during this and was also having an issue that needed to be called about. John was patient very helpful and took care of both of us. Will be back!!

  Mrs. Lymn helped me figure out my loan today. I had and issue with my banking and the tablets allowing me to access my information which ended up taking a while... but Lynn assisted me and every guest that came in after with a smile and excellent customer service. I wanted to write this review because it's hard to find people that can maintain calm and cutious dispite circumstance. She is amazing and definitely needs a raise in my opinion!....#team lynn

  I had the best experience with Lynn I had lost my drivers licence and I needed a copy to start a job she got me the copy and cashed my check with no problem every time I've ever been here she has been such a wonderful delight and always a smile in her face she is great !!!
