  It seems when the system fails to do the "quick and easy" process online it's the company's policy to ask potential customers for username and password to their bank account. The process would have taken me 3 days and 2 locations. Emailed the "contact us" option with no assistance from corporate. If you're forced to do business with them, be extra protective of your info because it seems they will not.

  I have never had any problem with the people at this store ... I know John, Sharif, chase and the smiley lady with glasses (forgot her name) they are respectful, fast and knows what they are doing.. thank to all of them
