  I had the best experience at the store. Paula and leighanna they helped me out with getting a loan. They made me smile alot and we were having trou le with i fo and they maxe me comfortable and safe and the store is very clean and organized.

  Came to this location for a payday loan and came up with a few troubles at first but Sheena was extremely helpful and made very good recommendations for my application to go through!!

  If I could have given it a 0 star, I would have... This place hires the dumbest, most incompetent people in all of Tennessee!!! I have cashed many checks there (over 100). I am a small business owner, and sometimes the banks are closed, and need to pay for materials... I went in today to do the usual... They tell me that there is a check that was stopped, and gave me the man's name and number... I called him, and he was very pleased with my work... Also, he said that they had taken the money out of his account... When I went back to tell them this, they gave me a complete run around... They always call and verify the checks before cashing... When the homeowner requested that they call him, I got all kinds of "we can't do that" and "he will have to contact his bank". I work hard for the money that I do make, and I don't need places like this scamming me out of it...
