  The Staff in Advance America are great. They treat you like Family . They always greet you when you go in to the office as they are helping customers. Marlyn, Maria and the new staff are great.   The Advance America Staff in Salinas right in front of the Salinas Rodeo stadium is super helpful! Especially Noemi, she helped me feel very comfortable and understanding with the way the loan works. Overall, it was the best experience one could ask for.. If anyone goea ask for Noemi she's very proffessional and helpful! Highly recomend her! 👌👍

  I thought I was going to be treated as a customer who is in good standing, however, one agent was very abrupt, intrusive, and denied me of the reloan due to their own personal reasons. I went Online, got the loan, and decided that I will no longer visit this location. If they have specific condition that prevents me from reloaning, they should have clarified it at the beginning which was back in February this year. What's more disappointing is that obviously, they are not consistent with Online system. I might as well use Online services only from now on. If I ever need cash, I will go to the other store on 1948 N Main Street, they may be able to respect me as a valued customer.
