  Geo is an amazing representative and is a great asset to the company. Even though there's an office in my home town, I travel 20 miles to his office to assist with my account. He's very helpful and well knowledgeable in his profession. He's a hard worker. I usually see him alone, poor guy, but he manages to assist everyone in a timely manner. Great customer service!

  First time going to Advance America in Seaside. The place was very clean and the gentleman behind the counter was friendly. Todays visit was for Western Union and I was very pleased. Gio was very efficient and made the whole experience seem very easy, definitely knows what he’s doing. Keep in mind that it’s my first time going to that location and all I have to say is I DEFINITELY recommend it and will come back. Outstanding customer service!

  Everyone is always courteous and friendly and greet you with a hello as you walk in the door. This past Wednesday when I went in to pay my loan, I was set at ease to learn that the pads and pens we use and counter space is disinfected after each use. Thank you for keeping us safe!

  I appreciate Gio and Glenda at Advance America in Seaside very much. They have helped me numerous times when I'm in need of a short term payday loan. They're both so understanding, patient, friendly and professional and I feel like their my friends and family. They're the best in Monterey.   I show up ten minutes before closing and glenda and angelica were bothing but smiles. Stayed with me after closing! Made sure I got the loan I came in for. They wouldnt quit until i was completely satisfied. Thank you soo much. Ive just become a huge fan of these hardworking ladies and Advance America
