  Advance America is a life saver for people like me that are on a fixed income, but I have been a customer for over ten years, back when I was still working, every once in a while I would need help, and they were there. The staff was always friendly, and more important, respectful. The online service is a great help to me now, as I am in a wheelchair and can do business from my home. I give this company the highest regard.

  Mashell Martinez was very professional as I entered the store she acknowledged me & it will be just a few minutes, as I was waiting another gentleman entered the store abruptly, mashell explained er that I was waiting first he stated that he said he was coming right back mashell stated can’t hold spots I then told him to go ahead, I did not notice or hear anything that mashell say was harsh or rude she was very professional as I noticed the guy was rude & loud as he was leaving he then apologized to mashell and myself, I think mashell was very professional with this customer that was loud & rude
