  I went in to pull a much needed loan today from the Creighton Road store. Andrea was working today and she was so helpful, professional, and friendly. She definitely made me feel more relaxed about the whole process. She has a great rapport with customers and you can tell she is genuine. The whole time I was in the store, she was smiling and carrying on a conversation as if we had been friends for a long time. I highly recommend this store just because of Andrea!

  What can sometimes feel like an embarrassing transaction, I'm always at ease when I visit this location and have an encounter with Ms. Andrea. She is the sweetest person. She remembers your name even if you haven't been there in a while. Such a great addition to this location.

  Andrea was amazing and really help make sure I understood everything before any signatures. This has really saved my neck with COVID and with me getting a new job with a different pay schedule. Recommend heavily for those in need but have ability to repay it. Thanks again Andrea!!

  This place is awesome! Andrea has amazing customer service. She's very professional and a wealth of knowledge, very helpful and very pleasant. If you're in need of some quick cash go see Andrea at Advance America on Creighton Rd next to the Walmart Super Center you won't be disappointed!!

  I always have the best experience here. They call me by name and always make me feel welcome. I have used different locations but this is the best by far. Des and Avery have the best attitudes! If they ever left I would never go back again cause they make it so pleasant . Thanks for everything! I wish there were 6 stars!!!
