  Fast and friendly staff, they always have a smile on their face and make sure to wish you a great day. Went in yesterday and had the pleasure of getting helped by ALICE and SHANNON, they were very professional and helpful. The staff is what always has me coming back to this specific cash advance store when I need the help, they always make me feel comfortable and not less of a person because I need a little help.

  I come in here and there to get money orders and the girls that work there are always so nice and helpful. One of the employees Alice I believe was especially sweet to me a few times when I’ve been in there. She has great customer service and is always so sweet and patient.

  Called them to ask if they accepted financial aid as income they said yes bring in documents. I went to the store and lady said no she stated that she did not know why anybody told me they would. Then after me asking her if my child support could be considered as income she said yes. I gave them my bank account numbers statements SSN, ID and personal info. Was waiting for almost 45 min. when she tells me I wasnt approved because my income wasnt high enough. And I needed to wait while she figured out how to print a denial letter even though a message on her screen said I had a line of credit. Horrible customer service. Unfriendly. and I will not return.

  I brought my husband in to get a loan the girls there were amazing ,quick, very friendly it was hot outside they even offered us some water I highly recommend this place. There the best we were in need of cash and the helped us out. Thank you so much for helping in our time of need.

  Above and beyond excellent customer service from all staff members they made me feel like they care ever since I moved here about a year ago and checked the place our, atmosphere is very awesome,from loans or payday advance or load your card they handle the bizz,I highly recommend this place in Lemoore California and that's on me!
