Loren Price5So I’ve been looking for a car for quite sometime because I was just tired of my beat down car, I finally got my credit score up and had gotten stationed in Lemoore, California, while searching for a car Micheal Encina had gotten in contact with me. He had made my first car buying experience enjoyable and he was very knowledgeable on every question I asked if your looking for a car whether new or used your first car or just buying a second one I recommend Micheal Encina.

I wasn't even thinking about grabbing one myself, but... when I saw that 2017 Camaro I knew I saw something I wanted. The crew at Keller motors crunched numbers and made it work given I didn't have perfect credit as well... now I'm rolling around in that new new... if your looking for a great experience come to Keller motors and increase your livelihood. Alonso Chavez5KELLER MOTORS DEALER in Hanford are liers, not happy with Keller dealership. Purchasing the bumper to bumper extended warranty on your vehicle is worth less. They tell you lies about the warranty. I was able to confirm that the warranty is worthless because I purchased it and my vehicle had the brake pedal fall out of place and screws came off. I toke it in to get it fix because that's a safety hazard. When I took it in to Keller they advise me that the extended bumper warranty I purchased doesn't cover the brake pedals. That I was going to pay out of pocket. They charge me $100 for deductible. Why would they charge $100 for deductible if the bumper to bumper warranty didn't cover it. The brake pedal falling it's place and screws coming is a factory issue. I could of gotten in big car accident because I wasn't able to brake. Luckily I was pulling up to my drive way when the brakes fell out of place. I am planning to purchase a vehicle later in the future and I won't be using Keller Motors. I would rather go to a different car dealer. Like I said the Extended bumper to bumper warranty is worthless because they promise u it covers this and that but even a car rental. But when it's time to use your warranty they tell you your car is not cover under the warranty. I am a very disappointed customer and not happy with Keller Motors.

Robert Shannon3I made an appointment two weeks in advance, I like to get in and out. To my surprise when you make an appointment online it is not connected to the service department so when I showed up at 7:30 they had no record of it. So that means, I could of got up an drove over the same day with no appointment people. For me when you make an appointment online in advance you would think the service manager and staff would have a priority list and when the door open someone would have the list and say "Mr. or Ms. Whoever" your first based on our list of scheduled appointments then they could begin to handle same day appointments. Once the service begins all efforts should be made to get customers out as soon as possible. Overall dealership is not bad their system need to be improved and synced with the service department. That's why I gave it three stars

ALISA VANCE1Service Rep, Byron Liar, cheat, rude and unprofessional. Wrote order, without authorization, to justify $179 expense. Yelled and demeaned me and my husband. Manager just stood there allowing this pathetic behavior. WILL NEVER UTILIZE THIS DEALER AGAIN So disappointed that I bought 2 vehicles from Keller. Shameful, shameful service.

He took his time showed me all of my options and did not once push or get me into something I wasnt happy with. I highly recommend him to anyone who is looking to buy a vechicle. Big Thanks to you MICHAEL, I now have a new car Im so happy with!

Fran Fairwell2Was disappointed with the argumentative sales manager Mike and his inability to listen to what was being said. What started off as a good experience with looking at a car and getting paperwork started with the sales associate Moises turned into a hostile ending with the sales manager Mike trying to bully us into a car and deal we did not want. They may prefer to bait and switch sales people and let the sales manager insult the customers but I don't recommend that anyone buy a car from Keller if they are willing to treat customers with such behavior. This was not our first visit to Keller and the first experience was actually fantastic so we were both disappointed with such a poor shopping experience. Mike's inability to honestly listen to the questions that were being asked and to show us the facts and figures for a $60,000 car made us very happy to walk out the door without purchasing a vehicle. I would honestly suggest that if you are looking at Keller for a car to take your time and come back a few times to see how each experience varies. You may choose to not trust such a big purchase to Keller.

Jonathan Aceves1These guys can be rude when negotiating begins and very shady when paper work is drawn up. Offering "free" additional warranty and then trying to charge for it when papers are drawn and on top of that they even gave us the wrong warranty contract lol I don't know who's warranty contract I have but it ain't mine! They even charged us for a theft recovery service which was never discussed or mentioned! The old option trick I guess. I had the impression they were a reputable dealership but they play same games as ghetto fly by night car lots lol They are not very trustworthy at all! I wouldn't recommend buying from them!
