  Tried getting a loan online through the website but was told it can’t use my routing number I go through chime and it is very unfortunate I will just go somewhere else to get a loan

  No matter how desperate you are - DO NOT GO HERE. I agree with the previous review that the manager should not be in customer service. RUDE!!!

  This lady was so sweet and extremely helpful. The rates are fair and she has information on small loan borrowing in pamphlets all around the place which I thought was amazing. Will definitely go back and will definitely refer her to my friends.

  I was told today that AA does not advance money on the federal extension of UI only on Idaho UI. At this point in the pandemic NO ONE is on Idaho unemployment. The rep, Lisa, kept saying over and over to corporate that I was on the "extra". She didn't hear me say that the extra ended a long time ago and that the PUA extension I was on was more secure than Idaho UI and her salary. I'm writing an article about it to show America what is wrong with customer service. I will call Ken Compton and ask him how he feels about this and every time he begins to speak I will interrupt and say: Are you talking about the extra?
