  I have been using Advance America for short time payday loans for almost 20yrs and have had the pleasure of knowing Ms Marsha Sanders, Mgr! Ms. Sanders has always been professional, thorough and knows the Company's policies and takes the time to explain any and every new policies when they arise! She is truly an asset and advocate for and to Advance America! Ms Sanders' people skills are excellent, she is truly concerned for her clients and their needs, yet she remains professional...in recent years I've also had the pleasure of meeting a few other Customer Service employees of Advance America who has filled in for Ms. Sander when she's off for any reason and my experience with them has been great! They are: Jamie B. and Scott !

  I can not thank Kelli and Marsha enough. I was desperate, because I just moved to Indiana, was scammed by a mobile mechanic,and had to use all my aaa tows. My money was gone.car in bad shape, walking in the cold. They opened the door, and helped me get paperwork.i thought it was impossible to get with the sweetest attitude, felt like i just walked into home. Because of them, I won't be stranded on indiana streets

  I needed a money order and the place i went to down. a friend suggested Advance America. Marsha was very professional and very helpful. She even explained to me how to fill out my money order which i didnt know how to do. Marsha has won my business from now on. Thank you

  The individuals that work there need to both take customer service classes. They are rude and insensitive argumentative and are difficult to deal with. A poor representation of the company they work for. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone who expects good customer service.

  They are very difficult to work with. There is always something wrong on your part, and they will not work with anyone. I have used other Advance Americas and they were great. This place has one of the rudest employees I have ever dealt with
