  I just recently found out that Stacy was at this location. After having a terrible experience at the speedway location I will be going to the beech grove location from now on. Stacy and the other lady in there are awesome. Every time I come in we laugh and joke and they just make me feel welcomed. You guys are awesome!!!!!

  I called the Thompson location. Candace was really helpful with talking me through the online loan process. I would/will recommend using Advance America online loans to my friends and family!! The ladies there were very helpful!!

  I had a very enjoyable experience with an employee at the address 5217 east Thompson rd. Indianapolis, IN Norm was patient and knowledgeable. Made sure I felt confortable. Also informing me while each step of the process was happening. When he had to answer the phone, during my loan process, he was very polite to the other person. Answered each question with such a happy tone. Honestly, it made me want to keep going back to this business over and over. But I know this is a short term type loan. Just made me realize how important it is to have the right person handling each customer at top priority.

  Extremely, upset about my experience at this location ! I was not treated fairly at this location! Norm was rude, unhelpful and racial profiled me !! I have never experienced what I experienced at this place of “business” !! I then contacted his district manager, Rhonda I believe? She was just as rude as the employee at the location, so I see where he gets his training from! If you’re big on customer service I do not recommend!!
