  Honestly they’re great. Super helpful. I’ve used them in the past, and it’s great to have a resource when things get tough. And they’re so nice it makes it a lot easier.

  Kristi is amazing!! She is always in the best of moods and always so helpful and professional. We drive from Fairland to deal with Kristi even though we can do it online now. Kristi is always willing to inform you of changes and help you through whatever she can. She’s always very professional, responsive and knowledgeable! She even showed up and was very pleasant to work with when the AC went out and it was so hot in the building

  I always have the best experience coming to the Greenfield location, because Kristina (Masters) gives each & every customer special attention. My first time getting a payday loan I had no clue what to do, she was very patient & helpful. Actually went out of her way to help me gather the necessary paperwork. I wish there were more people like her, even when she's busy that puts on a smile & makes you feel not like just another number. Especially in the world we are living in now! Thank you Kristina! You brighten my crummy days.

  I have been going to Advance America in greenfield for years. Even though I live in Indianapolis I still drive to greenfield to do business with Kristie. She is amazing at what she does. She is so kind and willing to help and so interested in everyone’s lives. She has called me to reach out to see how I am doing when I went months without coming in. She also asks about my sister, mom, niece and my dogs every time I am there. She is wonderful and makes for a great experience every time. I recommend everyone go to Kristie if you need a loan.

  I can not say enough about the great customer service I have received from day one. Kristy is absolutely delightful always greeting me in a cheery voice and always very friendly!! I kinda feel like I'm visiting with a good friend whenever I go in. If you ever need some money in a pinch she's the one I'd tell you to go see!!!!!!!!
