  Where do I start? Sometimes, you just need that little extra something to get you through a short week. James Novak at Advance America Mentor is phenomenal; this guy really knows his stuff! I explained my situation, and he walked me through the process which he made it seem simple and straightforward. James was very understanding truly a pleasure to work with. I would certainly recommend this location to anyone and everyone you won't be able to do better!!

  It had been years since I had a loan. Relocating from 4 hours away. I went in with all of my info. She was able to pull me right up. Updated my info that had changed. Very nice and super fast. Excellent service!

  Honestly I have not been here in years so I was unsure if the process! The wonderful staff member that helped me out (I forgot her name) but she was wearing this super cute Mickey Mouse mask! She was sooooo amazing, nice, though I couldn’t see her smile I knew she was! Thanks for explaining everything to me and getting me out quick too!

  Great customer service. I really appreciate the great attitude all of the ladies had in the mentor location. In their field of work I know dealing with people can be difficult. So it was a breath of fresh air to have a great customer experience in a time in need.

  Needed a loan to help with bills due to some unforseen medical issues. The manager was very helpful in showing the types of loans they offered and their rates. She helped us get the best one for our budget. Definitely a business worth using.

  I have a loan through a different location and was unable to contact them concerning an issue that I had. I called the Mentor location and spoke with Tonya and explained my situation. She was very kind and professional and went above and beyond to help me! If I was closer, she would definitely get my business!! Thank you Tonya 😊

  This company is amazing! Their installment loan process is so easy and I love that they withdraw payments every two weeks makes it easier for me to pay them back. Other companies want a large lump sum paid back which makes it harder to pay back. When I paid off my loan with them and got another one I was able to get an increase. The staff on Mentor Ave in Mentor/Painesville Ohio are very nice, extremely helpful and very customer oriented. Thank you Advance America!
