  These people are awesome in taking care of the person that comes in for a cash Advance however the newbies need to be trained better and leave a message on the door if there not going to be there that day or call the person that is due that day and take care of any issues needed to be taken care of

  Bobbie is amazing. She is very professional,friendly and makes what could be an embarrassing situation a pleasant and comfortable experience. I can say if it wasn't for her I would not have even walked through the door. So very pleased and can say that I left not feeling bad about what I had to do but happy I chose to call and see what could be done. THANK YOU BOBBIE !! and one other note she deserves a RAISE in my eyes.

  I have been using this place since December with no issue.. The ladies I dealt with were great, until today!! Tina (who claimed to be the Manager "in training") was rude, unprofessional, and lacked any customer service. She failed to tell me my options, she took my check and refused to give it back to me (even though my loan was paid off) & then said nasty comments as I walked out the door. With that happening, I went back in and preceded to call her out on her unprofessionalism, she got on the phone and pretended to be a victim!! Is she so stupid as to not realize there are cameras to see my behavior as well as hers?!? Oh and Tina refused to give me a number to talk to a more knowledgable person! Or a higher up! Yet another reason why Tina should not be promoted to management or even be employed working with the public.. GO TO ALLIED-- JASON IS AWESOME, HONEST, AND FRIENDLY!! The way a business should be ran!!

  I'm off work due to physical issues and was cut to half pay. They were understanding and helped me get through with great customer service. As with all payday loans the fees are high but when you're in a bind, Misty and her staff is there to help. Thanks, Jeff
