  These guys are wonderful. Didn't try to low ball, or make excuses on why they can't give a decent amount. Wonderful service. If not happy with the first place you go. Get your stuff, and head to this place.

  I'm glad you like them. Unfortunately I sorry you feel that way about me but as our policy and occc regulations, you must have valid id for any transactions dealing with loans. Certain changes from new leadership is just correcting errors from part ones and aren't bad.

  Stuff is friendly and knowledgeable about what they have right now. And they give information about other action pawn near highway. But one dissatisfaction is that this pawn shop is really small and didn't have what I needed. T-T but location Is so good that I ended up walking to other stores around.

  Sent for review: walked in looking for a pawn loan for 2 days. Provided personal item as requested for review; touch screen laptop in my name, serial number is good, and I have the password. 1 of the profiles on the computer was in my mother's name and he denied to take pawn for loan. Mind you the computer name is is my name, receipt with credit card in my name and password is my password, but because I let my mother create a profile, I was denied service/assistance. Now if I just deleted or hide her profile like I did mine, would he have taken the loan for pawn? Do not go to this action pawn, go next door to top pawn. There very family friendly, and always try to help as much as they can, unlike this action pawn. I will be reporting To the regional office as I was asked to check on this location with customer feedback. If your in this area the best experience you will receive at any pawn in this area, is Top Pawn on rancier across from Long Branch park. Best of luck to those whom work at this action pawn. -end review-

  How much are you paying per gram of 14k gold of resealable jewelry?...... every pawn place should brake this down by percentage of what it's worth and what they are paying. I think in killeen pawn shops there is a big milestone to over come ..we need the BBB to be more involved in how things are done in killeen pawn shops

  This use 2 be my favorite place 2 go till 2day I always buy tablets from them always spend $$ when I go here and I bought 2 before I had 2 leave state and it dont work and its there fault there the ones who restored it and now I am stuck with a tablet and out 100 they say we cant do nothing but we can sell you another one always trying 2 make that $$ I WILL NOT BE BACK THEY LOST MY BUSINESS AND I WILL BE LETTING EVERYONE I KNOW NOT 2 SHOP WITH THEM..... Big Mistake is all I can say.... Look 4 yourselfs and they say it's my problem they cant help me its your fault it dont work not mine..... Smh..... Whatever
