  The company it’s self is great! I’ve gotten two separate loans from them!! I usually ask for bri, she’s really kind, understanding, and makes you feel comfortable. The only reason I did not give 5 stars is because of bad customer service during my first loan with them. The employee (not sure if she is still there) was extremely rude and placed me on the phone with a manager who was rude as well. Mind you, I always made my payments on time and always spoke to the staff with the upmost respect. I had even referred two people to them! So, I decided to pay my first loan off in full with them due to that encounter. However, in trying to establish my credit more, I took another loan out with them more recently. I hope to be able to pay it off in payments this go around, so it can reflect on my credit better. They report to the credit bureaus every 30 days (if I’m not mistaken), and it reflects immediately! So far my latest experience with them has been great! Charlotte was very kind.

  I have been a faithful customer with Covington for over 5 years. My experience with this company has always been great. I have however, seen a tremendous shift in moral and also team leadership since the change of management, this is due in part to their manager; Charlotte . Being in a professional setting myself, i can identify great leadership from afar . With great leadership and supervision comes RESPECT . When i walk into this establishment , I am met with enthusiasm and readiness to help with any concerns i may have or just to make a payment. This office in Killeen TX is definitely one of the best loan offices in Central Texas. I strongly recommend anyone who needs a loan , reestablishing their credit or wanting to improve their credit history, Covington Credit is the place to go and Charlotte will get you on your way to all your needs being met and her staff will make sure you are taking care of. Keep up the great work and thank you all for what you do .
