  You guys and gals, mostly gals, again did an outstanding job making our stay one to remember. If there was a problem, like sand over the drive, you got it fixed. Carolyn and I have always enjoyed working w/ you for a relaxing carefree time on the Island. Thanks!

  Here’s your bait and switch company. We booked a house on VRBO at Dauphin Island house “This is it”#22. Listing on VRBO said 3 night minimum. We booked for 3 nights. Six days after booking we get a TEXT saying it needs to be a 7 night minimum or they were cancelling our reservation. Just spoke with them and they “believed it says 7 night minimum.” Screen shots sent to ACP while still on phone of the same listing still saying “3 night minimum”. This company obviously does not honor their reservations and it’s extremely unprofessional of their management of their homes and especially renters. It’s literally their job to list houses for rent and they can’t even do that right. They even told us “it’s better to call directly when booking.” However, I ask why even use a third party like VRBO? 🤔🤔 But what is even better…. I just went to their site directly and am able again to book for 3 nights at the same house! 🧐🧐 This is classic Bait and Switch!!! Be warned folks. I have used Dauphin Island Rentals before and had a great experience…. Go there. 😘

  We've stayed at "Must Be Nice" the last 2 summers. Loved every minute of it! Very nice house, conveniently located, and has an elevator! We will be back again and again!

  The house was fantastic and communication with the office was just as great. Wish we could have stayed all of your full 7 days instead of 2 but you can't predict hurricanes.

  Had a great stay on Dauphin Island! Everything was so easy and ready for us to enjoy. Very clean and well taken care of. Would definitely stay with them again .

  Acp has some of the most beautiful houses ever! I love renting the houses on the beach on the west end! I love seeing the sunsets each night that we stay! The Agents at Acp real estate make you feel like family and they try to do their best to make you comfortable. They are very polite and welcoming when you walk through the door. They can even text you to tell you when your house is ready to checked into! Would highly recommend!

  Got off to a shaky start when we did not get a key code to get in the house, but as is customary ACP swooped in and made it right. The house was great in spite of not having been used during the Covid 19 close down. We have rented houses from ACP for years and would not dream of changing.

  Even though we went through a Hurricane (Nate). ACP Real Estate looked out for our safety. They were very thoughtful and great to work with. Overall we had a great time.
