  I typically do not do reviews but I am so impressed by Adam and his team at Dauphin Island Rentals, I decided to do my first one! So long story short I booked a vacation for my family (16 of us) on spring break 2020 back in October 2019. Unfortunately we were in the midst of the Covid pandemic so the trip had to be canceled as our state had travel restrictions. I did buy the travel insurance, but who would have thought to look to see if a policy covers a pandemic, my claim was denied and I would get no refund for our vacation. The insurance did give me a “credit” for the cost of the insurance ($150) to use for another vacation. Adam graciously worked with us, even though he did not have to, and gave us a credit to book another week at another time. We booked it for September, however hurricane Sally was a direct hit on the island a few days prior to our arrival and our vacation was canceled again. I did use the credit from the insurance on this vacation, but I had to spend a little more money on the second vacation because the other beach house we booked was not available and we needed a house to fit 16 of us. So because of this insurance would only cover the cost of the first rental. Adam went out of his way and offered to refund whatever the insurance did not cover which was almost $900. Even though I did not get to stay at dauphin island beach rentals, My review is solely on the business and them putting their customers first. Again, Adam did not have to do either of these things, after all it is a business, but he did. To me this shows a business who cares and truly committed to their customers. I will continue to recommend this company to friends/family, and will continue to do business with them in the future.

  Dauphin Island is my home away from home. We stayed at Island Times II on 102 Raphael Semmes. What a beautiful location!! The renters are very responsive and accommodating to each stay! They make it very easy to reach out to them with any questions or concerns. I would recommend this place to friends, family, kids, any ages! Pet friendly is a HUGE PLUS!!

  Adam was super helpful and patient with me several months back when I was looking for the perfect home for a vacation for a family of 14. He helped me pick the perfect house. We loved everything about Dauphin. Island. It was a great vacation. We had a hot water heater issue. I called Adam, and he sent someone out immediately to fix the problem. Highly recommend using Dauphin Island Beach Rentals to find the perfect home to rent on this beautiful island.

  Top shelf experience for our family vacation from day one. The house was amazing with access to both the Mississippi sound by boardwalk out back and beach across street or a short bike ride to the west end beach. Pristine. Clean and adequately stocked. Management made it easy to book and plan for our week at the beach. Thank you Adam and Nancy!

  We absolutely loved this rental. Beautiful home that has been recently updated and remodeled. The private pool is perfect for kids and adults! Our family would definitely consider staying again. Rental company was there in less than five minutes when we had a minor problem checking in, which was our fault. You won't regret renting this lovely home!

  Water's Edge was a great house. Brought our boat and kept it in the water at the house, making it very convenient. The house had everything you need, fully stocked kitchen with plenty of pots and pans, plenty of outdoor seating and easy access to the beach.

  Don't hesitate to book with DI Beach Rentals. Great service and professionalism. When the dvd player didn't work at our unit, they ran out and bought one the same day to replace it for us. Excellent customer service.

  We have rented a large Dauphin Island house twice (different houses) from Dauphin Island Beach Rentals. Both rentals went smoothly and everything was just as represented. We had no problems or complaints, which is assumedly a testament to management by the rental agency. But we did have reasons to contact them a couple of times over issues that were totally our fault and the customer service was exceptional. Communications were excellent and we found them wanting to be helpful. Management cares and it shows.
